What are your candles made of?
Our handcrafted candles are made of 100% coconut soy wax - a sustainable, eco-friendly, and non-toxic alternative that is also free of parabens and phthalates. Our candles 7 oz. mixed with high quality fragrance oils to create unique scents, ensuring a clean and safe burn.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at soulnestcandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in resellable condition
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your candle for a different scent, we’re happy to help!
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange.

- If the new item is a different price, we’ll invoice or refund the difference
Do you offer gift options or custom orders?
Yes! We do offer custom candle orders and gift options. If you are interested in a custom candle(s) or gift order, please send us an e-mail at soulnestcandles@gmail.com, or send us a DM on instagram to discuss further!
How long will it take to receive my order?
~3-5 business days.
How do I care for my candle when it arrives?
- Trim the wick 1/4” before each burn to prevent soot and to ensure a clean burn.
- Allow your candle to burn up to 2-4 hours to allow for the max to melt evenly across the surface and to avoid tunneling.
- DO NOT burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating or uneven burning.
- Always place your candle on a heat resistant surface and never leave your candle unattended.
- Use a candle snuffer or carefully blow out the flame to avoid wax splatter.
- Stop use when less than ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar
NOTE: Note: It is common for 100% coconut soy wax candles to have wax on the edges of the candle with the first 2-3 burns. This does not affect the scent of the candle.
